Extruder: A high-precision, high-efficiency extruder is utilized to heat and melt pretreated PET raw materials, subsequently extruding them. Typically, extruders feature a twin-screw design to enhance extrusion efficiency and elevate product quality.
Mold System: The mold serves as a pivotal component in the production line, with its shape and dimensions dictating the final product's form and size. Precision machining technology is often employed in mold manufacturing to guarantee product accuracy and consistency.
Cooling System: The extruded PET undergoes rapid cooling via a cooling device, which solidifies its shape and prevents deformation.
Traction and Cutting Device: The cooled PET is drawn to the cutting device for consistent length cutting, ensuring the finished product meets specified requirements.
Control System: An advanced Siemens control system is implemented to oversee and adjust the entire production process in real-time, thereby ensuring stable line operation and maintaining product quality.
Application
- Film sheet: used for all kinds of food, medicine, non-toxic and sterile packaging materials; High-grade packaging materials for textiles, precision instruments and electrical components; Electrical insulation materials, capacitor films, flexible printed circuit boards and film switches and other electronic and mechanical fields.
- Packaging bottles: PET bottles have a wide range of applications, from the initial carbonated beverage bottles to the current beer bottles, edible oil bottles, condiment bottles, medicine bottles, cosmetics bottles, etc.
- Electronic appliances: Used in the manufacture of connectors, coil winding tubes, IC housings, capacitor housings, transformer housings, TV accessories, tuners, switches, timer housings, automatic fuses, motor brackets and relays.
- Auto parts: such as switchboard cover, ignition coil, various valves, exhaust parts, distributor cover, measuring instrument cover, small motor cover, etc. PET material is also used in the manufacture of automotive exterior parts because of its excellent coating, surface gloss and rigidity.
- Mechanical equipment: Manufacture gears, cams, pump housings, belts, motor frames and watch parts. At the same time, PET can also be used to make microwave oven baking sheets, various ceilings, outdoor billboards and models.
